An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced marketer to join the Tapestry Marketing team as theSenior Brand Marketing & Media Manager, working across our Tapestry teams. This pivotal role reports directly to the Tapestry Marketing Director and is the lead on all Brand Marketing and Media Buying for the European Markets, focusing on driving brand awareness and magic, localizing Global Marketing strategies and delivering results across a broad spectrum of business KPIs, both brand and commercial. Leading a team of four split across dedicated single-brand teams, the Senior Manager must have an outstanding grasp of Media strategy, omni-channel marketing best-practices and dynamic creative flair. Strong leadership skills and experience leading a team are key, with a focus on supportive autonomy and a talent for solution-oriented troubleshooting. Multi-tasking across high-profile business projects, and a keen ability to delegate will be crucial; as will the foresight to streamline processes and find economies across teams and with our partners, approaching our brand strategies through a Tapestry lens to maximize results.

- Lead the Tapestry Brand & Media team; strong organizational, motivational and interpersonal skills essential to help develop and drive an established team across both business & HR objectives
- Oversee and lead European Brand & Media strategies for Tapestry brands on an annual and seasonal basis; working closely with our media agency and the single-brand teams to deliver excellence from brief to execution, through to evaluation & learnings
- Guide, develop and steer the Coach & Kate Spade Brand & Media Managers with their daily executions and campaign deliveries, developing their skills and capacities, cultivating supported autonomy
- Be the in-house media expert with a comprehensive knowledge of planning and executing media strategies, with particular expertise and experience within digital channels, particularly paid social, and a sharp understanding of omni-channel ecosystems and an ability to deliver against multiple KPIs, balancing brand and commercial objectives
- Have an accomplished understanding of the needs and benefits of Data Driven Marketing and a clear direction on how to implement and drive relevant strategies across the team inclusive of detailed analysis for optimisation & reporting
- Act as the internal and external advocate for Brand & Media; positioning themselves as a point-person in region for Global and local teams, leading by example and working cross-functionally to drive projects forward and execute with excellence and precision
- Be a brand ambassador in all external partner relations, nurturing existing and building new relationships withpartners to champion Tapestry brands and deliver new opportunities, establishing a strong reputation amongst our local industry contacts
- Ensure each of our Tapestry brands' voice is consistent, distinct and optimized across all our activity (external & internal) and be both the advocate and authority for brand messaging
- Possess creative energy and flair to bring campaigns to life across the full-range of brand touchpoints, underpinned by a passion for the never-been-done before and for finding opportunities to localize Global initiatives with originality and magic - with the intention of bringing our brands to life for our local audiences in the most compelling way
- Think creatively about ways to extend the reach of brand campaigns and activities across all touchpoints, seamlessly integrating acquisition & retention tactics into seasonal plans and with an imaginative and innovative approach to third-party partnerships
- Manage the forecasting, investment and reconciliationof Brand & Media budgets for Tapestry brands

- Bachelors Degree with a minimum 6+ years marketing experience and a clear track record of managing media buying & planning
- Creative problem solver with strategic thinking skills and strong business acumen
- Outstanding communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and make prudent decisions under pressure and tight deadlines
- Experience in managing teams
