ROLE: Brand Marketing Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Senior Marketing Manager

As part of the Global Brand Marketing team, the Brand Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in delivering the marketing strategy, working to build brand awareness and meet commercial objectives.

No day is the same. The role will include (but is not limited to):

  • Support in the development and delivery of the Brand Marketing strategy
  • Assist in planning the marketing calendar, ensuring it’s kept up to date at all times and communicated with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Ecommerce & Performance Marketing, Creative, Wholesale) to maintain channel alignment
  • Support in the full life-cycle of marketing projects: briefing, development, planning, roll out and evaluation
  • Manage Organic Social Media (with a focus on Instagram) including content ideation, briefing creative and copy, publishing, reporting and overseeing community management
  • Support in delivery of CRM Strategy and loyalty scheme
  • Work collaboratively with the Creative team to ensure content is optimised for each channel, engaging and communicates our brand values
  • Post campaign analysis and social media reporting
  • Share regular updates with team on competitor activity and industry insights
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand

You:

2+ years experience in a marketing role, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Proactive, self-starter

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated experience in social media management

Confident in reporting: data handling and identifying insights
