We are looking for a Team Leader Group Strategy (m/f/d) to strengthen our Group Strategy & Corporate Development Team.

What you can expect:

• Reporting to the VP Group Strategy & Corporate Development, you will help to develop a savvy & competitive company strategy
• Employee management and development coordination of the team as well as structural & psychological empowerment of employees
• Responsible for the systematic early detection of disruptive developments in the competitive market
• Assess the relevance of trends for HUGO BOSS and derive growth opportunities from market monitoring and identify additional business opportunities for HUGO BOSS
• Create strategic recommendations for a broad range of topic providing fact-based solutions to aid the top management's decision-making
• Ensure the execution of strategic measures via the implementation of a respective governance model

Your profile:

• Successfully completed master's degree/ MBA or an equivalent
• Min. 5 years of relevant professional experience (retailer company, consumer brand company or strategy consultancy)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interested in digitalisation and innovation
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Passion for new challenges and team player
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Detail-oriented, pragmatic and solution-oriented work
• Excellent written and spoken in English
