Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering data analytics services to all internal stakeholders as well as enabling them to make fact-based decisions
  • Shape and lead the development of the digital analytics capabilities and products across membership, referral program and other digital related insights for product, marketing and commerce channels
  • Based on multiple data sources, manage the generation of insights that helps to better understand our end-consumer, expand reach, media allocation, increase customer engagement and advocacy and ultimately drive sales
  • Build and manage end consumer data infrastructure, segmentation, and dashboards from scratch
  • Oversee the development of best practice guidance and their delivery to market in your area of responsibility to maximize the use of analytics capabilities
  • Co-define membership related KPIs and reporting with acquisition and analytics team and develop capabilities of tracking and reporting 
  • Be involved in membership targets setting and planning 
  • People Management of one dedicated headcount for 2022


Your profile of qualification:

  • Several years of experience in a similar role in the field of Digital Analytics, Consumer insights or Omnichannel Commerce (E-Commerce and own Retail); membership program experience would be a plus
  • Highly numerate with the ability to understand and analyze data and produce actionable insights
  • Extensive experience with analytics tools and disciplines (web, eCom, social, mobile, sentiment, paid media, SEO, SEM, CRM)
  • Extensive experience with dashboarding and visualization techniques
  • Strong commercial knowledge and business acumen 
  • Experience with meticulous data-based decision making grounded in consumer behavior
  • Ambition and flexibility to build something new from scratch 
  • Excellent communication skills and inspiring to bring together and influence cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English language skills and willingness to travel between our Bayreuth HQ and our Munich office
