Manager Membership Acquisition (m/f/d)

Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Create and drive the membership acquisition strategy from scratch to achieve short- and long-term ambitions, in alignment with company and Direct-To-Consumer strategy
  • Plan and lead key integrations of membership program to new digital touchpoints, such as online touchpoints (E-Commerce and brand site), existing and further mobile applications, offline stores as well as wholesale channels 
  • Plan and support key regional expansion of the membership program in European E-Commerce markets and later on in US and Asia 
  • Develop and support to establish membership partnerships (product and service) with other companies 
  • Create and build a membership acquisition calendar with monthly activations and growth targets 
  • Develop acquisition tools (benefits + events) and execute acquisition events as a cross-functional effort 
  • Collaborate with the membership analytics team to build membership acquisition reports including KPIs


Your profile of qualification: 

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience within the areas of Digital Activation, Omnichannel, Loyalty & membership engagement
  • Experience in leading new membership initiatives as well as establishing cross-company partnerships, preferred in sport goods, baby care, cosmetics industry
  • Proven track record of developing and managing loyalty or membership programs, preferably in an omni-channel environment 
  • Experience with meticulous data-based decision making grounded in consumer behavior
  • Ambition and flexibility to build something new from scratch 
  • Excellent communication skills and inspiring to bring together and influence cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English language skills and willingness to travel between our Bayreuth HQ and our Munich office
