We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic candicate to flourish in a high paced customer service role. The candidate should be a polite, customer focused, energetic individual with excellent drive and attention to detail. The business is growing at a rapid pace and as such the successful applicant will be encouraged to suggest and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to: 

  • Timely management of all customer enquiries.
  • Repling to some social media enqueries.
  • Reporting on daily performance.
  • Ensuring best practice is adhered to at all times.
  • Taking an active part in identifying and resolving any challenges.  
  • Willingness to support other parts of the order fulfillment function.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven comparable experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Additional languages would be considered a positive.
  • Computer literate, Word, XL, Email and main Social Media applications.
  • Punctual, polite and comfortable working individually and as part of a team.
  • Solution orientated.
  • Confident and calm under pressure
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
