Job Details

Seeking motivated and enthusiastic Director of DTC (Direct-to-Consumer). The Director of DTC is responsible for the performance marketing growth, acquisition, audience engagement, and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolution of RE/DONE DTC business from product ideation to set-up, marketing execution and post-analysis.
  • Work seamlessly with sales team in optimizing all 3rd party DTC partner relationships.
  • Partner with the design and fit team on the creation of a DTC release schedule & identification of marketing opportunities.
  • Oversee existing storefronts to ensure appropriate branding, product-mix, and pricing.
  • Collaborate closely with digital team to ensure we are maximizing DTC opportunities.
  • Establish workflows around data points to and from RE/DONE’s owned marketing platforms and available 3rd party data points.
  • Lead an ongoing strategic analysis of competitive landscape.
  • Ensure partner compliance across all business-critical areas around chart reporting, privacy, and data flow.
  • Work with agency partners to identify and explore innovative ideas to leverage marketplace trends.
  • Develop, test, and refine online strategies, communications, targeting models, and messaging to reach prospective members in ways that are innovative and efficient.
  • Analyze results and costs to continuously refine the channel mix, grow membership, and gain efficiencies.
  • Enhance communication by leading team efforts for market research, focus groups, usability studies, and campaign analytics.
  • Research demographics of target markets to inform collateral language, look, and feel.
  • Oversee adherence of internal and external approval and compliance process, ensure required documentation of approvals, and update the marketing department files and policy manual.
  • Identify and support strategies and oversee all aspects of the creation and execution of materials for off-line and on-line acquisition programs to efficiently increase lead and sales volume.
  • Identify and develop lead nurture strategies.
  • Track lead generation; oversee the development of results reporting and analysis.
  • Identify/Support strategies and test plans.
  • Oversee agency partners that assist with campaign development, management, and reporting.
  • Work across divisions to develop, maintain and grow awareness and acquisition programs.

Requirements

Experience in marketing Direct to Consumer marketing
A bachelor’s degree required, marketing or advertising major preferred but not required
Print mail campaign experience required
7+ years of direct-to-consumer lead generation marketing experience.

1-2 years of management experience
