Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Description
- Submit orders for factor approval
- Update orders in ERP system with factor decisions
- Assign invoices to the factor
- Address questions regarding factor approvals, customer payments, credit terms, invoices, etc.
- Assist in credit applications for approval of terms
- Cash posting for paid invoices
- Investigate chargebacks by reviewing documents, downloading additional support from customer portals, and working with CS/Sales/Logistics/Factor/Customers to resolve
- Create credit memos and chargebacks
- Follow up on items on the Ineligibles Report
- Track customer pre-payments
- Send daily factor AR aging
- Instruct AP to issue checks for payments received in House for factored invoices
- Reconcile employee clothing allowances each quarter
- Prepare month end house and factored AR aging reports
Accounts Receivable Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software.
- Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.

In 2016, RE/DONE took its extensive knowledge of vintage fashion and launched RE/DONE | Originals, a line of vintage inspired pieces including denim, tees, sweats and leather. RE/DONE will continue to bring up-cycled vintage and new product to the fashion community.
