Director of Influencer Marketing & Partnerships

We are looking for a full-time Director of Influencer Marketing & Partnerships to join the Jones Road team. This role will manage Jones Road’s overall influencer marketing strategy in collaboration with founder Bobbi Brown, the General Manager, and the Brand Marketing team. 


  • Oversee and direct a multi-tiered, data-driven influencer marketing strategy on a global scale for launch campaigns, ongoing seeding, and paid partnerships
  • Execute all outreach, onboarding, sampling and gifting, and management of the influencer community Strategize and identify creative influencer marketing campaigns to support product launches and drive brand awareness and reach on Instagram and other social platforms
  • Partner with the Performance Marketing team to identify  acquisition marketing opportunities through content created with influencers
  • Create an organized and effective content pipeline from influencers that can be used on paid and organic channels
  • Set influencers up for success by creating seeding guidelines and timelines, reviewing content, tracking go live dates, recording performance, and generating post campaign KPI reports
  • Manage a team of interns to assist with seedings Maintain the influencer marketing and partnerships budget, in collaboration with the General Manager


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher 8+ years of social media marketing experience, including influencer marketing
  • Proven track record of developing effective influencer marketing programs
  • Experience working in the beauty industry
  • Strong influencer contacts
  • High level of creativity balanced with strategic aptitude
  • Pulse on latest beauty and social media trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to problem solve in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative work environment
