As a Tech HR Business Partner in our Central Functions P&O team, you will be part of a diverse and high performing team of HR Business Partners.

You will have a direct impact partnering with our leaders on all people topics including organizational design, employee engagement, employee retention and driving our performance culture. You will bring your expertise and consult a defined leadership team within the unit Zalando Technology Foundation.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Autonomously consult and enable business leaders on a diverse range of people topics;
  • Support changes in your business area and drive HR initiatives and projects in line with our wider business and people strategy across all Business Units, e.g. driving organizational design, leveling up talent management, leadership & people development and much more;
  • Draw insights from data, such as our employee survey zBeat, to improve employee engagement and overall team health of your business unit in scope;
  • Closely collaborate with the other HR Business Partners in Central Functions as well as all other HR functions, such as People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and our Competence Centers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Profound work experience as a HR Business Partner or in a similar role, including a good understanding of talent management and organizational development;
  • Reliable sparring partner for leads that enjoys winning them over with facts and figures, while also being an active listener that is open to new perspectives;
  • A certain dose of courage to raise your opinion in a constructive manner;
  • Solution development capabilities;
  • Clear and structured communication skills, and fluent written and oral English language skills.
