Styling & Still life Editor

Firusas.com is an e-commerce startup targeting premium fashion brands to women in Europe. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, creative team player who will play a critical role in creating original content.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You will style & sometimes photograph looks on models and mannequins or flat, ensuring product is well represented with attention to detail
• Contribute to creative styling meetings and creative project contribution
• Support Live Model Studios on daily shoots as well as social media and campaign shoots
• Align with current styling goals and focused guidance around these
• Outline any potential styling needs to manager
• Increase quality of styling and still life imagery
• Work closely with Photographer & Creative Director to create dynamic still life sets and imagery for social media and campaigns
• Pre-style, organize, and prep product for tabletop photoshoots across all off-model categories- Accessories, Shoes, Bags, Beauty, and Home
• Collaborate with the Photographer & Creative Director to style product during regular campaign & social media shoots 
• Ensure accurate and consistent product styling and image views while upholding and maintaining company best practices and standards
• Use techniques for styling and preparation of merchandise to minimize damages and reshoots
• Repackage product after photoshoots and deliver it to the correct departments
• Coordinates with Creative Leads, Styling Team on various editorial stills and fashion projects
• Source new and manage inventory of props, sets, and backgrounds for various projects
• Provides tailoring direction and on model styling, ensuring proper fit per brand
• Collaborates with Style Editor & Creative Director on style outs and on set styling, on fit guides as needed
• Makes recommendations to implement better tools, processes, equipment, and technologies
• Proactively identifies opportunities to improve tools, systems and processes while collaborating with appropriate partners to drive innovation and improvement

WHO YOU ARE

• Oriented to teamwork with the ability to follow creative ideas and briefs.
• Previous experience with shooting e-commerce flats and mannequin a must
• Previous on model styling experience 1-2 years
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and stay calm under pressure
• Desire to better things, learn, and grow
