SCOPE OF ROLE

The scope of the role is to work in partnership with stakeholders across Creative Media and Design Team to ensure a smooth and successful image post-production on any given project. You will coordinate with CMD Project Leads to understand the requirements and timings of each project, booking resource as required, and organizing schedules. Align with Producers to understand shoot dates in consideration of impacts to Post Production planning. You will work closely with Art Directors to brief creative and technical requirements to the Retouchers and coordinate the post-production workflow. The role will ensure the delivery of images to relevant stakeholders on time and on budget.

JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this role is to ensure the successful planning, workflow and delivery of our creative image post-production within the Creative Media department. The role gives direct support to the Senior Manager of Post Production in retaining our high level of creative and technical expectations on every project for multi-channel execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

o Schedule and book retouching resource for centrally managed projects.

o Challenge briefs and lead on realistic time frames and costs

o Traffic workflow, gathering feedback from Creative whilst aligning timeframes with project stakeholders.

o Update and escalate status of project to Project Leads

o Delivery, quality control and archival of the finished assets

o Plan Schedules

o Negotiation and management of project budget

o Traffic workflow and quality control at feedback stage.

RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED

Tier 1 Project Lead:

o Management of location/on site team, planning and delivery of high-pressured projects such as Pre-styling, Lookbooks, and Runway Shows.

o Manage direct feedback from design teams.

o Brief Requirements working with IT and Creative.

Budget management: Ensure workflow tools are always up to date with Project, Resource and budget line items.

● Develop strong relationships across business to improve ways of working.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

● Post-production schedules are respected and adhered to.

● Retouchers and Agencies understand the brief and are able to work with clear direction.

● No bottlenecks in workflow.

● Projects delivered on time and budget.

● Images look as good as possible given time and budget allowed.

EXPERIENCE

● + 3 year's experience working within a Post Production Agency/Team

● Able to manage a team

● Experience working in a team across mixed skill sets and media disciplines.

● An understanding of the design and print process.

● Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

● Ideally experience working within the luxury fashion industry.

● Professional knowledge and experience of Adobe Creative Suites.
