Job Purpose:

LTK is looking for a Senior Creative Producer to help bring projects across marketing to life. This person will be responsible for helping to plan and execute campaigns collaborating with designers, content strategists, and stakeholders to bring brand building creative work to market. This role requires world-class communication ability with experience creating scalable processes that allow creative teams to meet deadlines, quality standards, and strategy expectations. We are looking for someone with a keen ability to navigate competing priorities, allocate resources appropriately, and mitigate associated challenges for content production across the LTK platform. The day-to-day will be producing and managing numerous projects, nurturing and building cross-functional relationships, and generally leading the team to deliver top notch creative.This Sr Creative Producer will be part of the larger Creative team, reporting to our VP, UX/Product Design & Creative.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Creative team to design and deliver experiences that help grow our brand
  • Own the Creative team roadmap from brief through final delivery, actively monitor project status, and proactively communicate any changes as they arise
  • Ensure briefs are complete before work begins and partner with teams to gather any missing information
  • Resolve obstacles and manage change requests as they arise, working with cross-functional colleagues and stakeholders to adjust timelines, project scope and/or resources as needed
  • Proactively recommend and advocate for solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of processes
  • Share any process changes, tool updates, training and timing for implementation as required
  • Lead the Creative team to work within brand guidelines to create experiences that reinforce our brand's style and voice and maintain a close partnership with marketing teams to ensure consistent brand expression across all consumer touchpoints
  • Help lead creative reviews by creating and communicating agendas beforehand, sending recaps and next steps afterwards
  • Work directly with senior stakeholders and department heads and nurture cross-team relationships with partners to help them understand the creative production process
  • Nurture your creative production network to identify creative agencies + freelancers to grow our rolodex and scale our creative work
  • Help recruit and develop extraordinary talent, by managing and mentoring teams of designers

Skills and Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experiencesupporting creative workwith strong domain expertise across your career demonstrating your ability to deliverwhile helping to lead teams to reach their full potential
  • Degree in Digital Design, Marketing, Advertising, VIsual Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Motion, Architecture, Graphic Design or related field of study (or work experience in lieu of degree)
  • Understanding of creative best practices and digital creative development
  • Ability to pick up design work as needed to support the Creative team of designers is a plus
  • Expertise with project management tools such as Clubhouse and Asana
  • Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability and experience collaborating with creative teams and agencies
  • Team player with refined and assertive leadership skills and ability to positively influence change through solid rationale, supporting data, and diplomacy
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic agile environment
  • A demonstrated history of exercising appropriate urgency when trafficking, scoping, and resourcing work
  • Respectful when challenging assumptions and give and receive feedback with equal grace
  • Estimate work, commit and deliver on deadlines and are vocal when risk arises
  • Ability to influence peers and managers to build consensus
  • Passionate about developing and mentoring junior creative talent
