Account Manager 

  • Managing and leading on multiple fashion brands, being their first point of contact, whilst ensuring all brand activity is in line with their individual strategies, market priorities, budgets and key moments in the editorial calendar
  • Leading on regular catch-up calls and meetings to update clients on current PR activity and media feedback 
  • Building quarterly strategy and review documents for larger clients and presenting these to their internal teams seasonally
  • Building creative strategy proposals for all clients every six months and presenting these to their internal teams seasonally
  • Monitoring current affairs and industry news to ensure all brand activity is relevant and reactive
  • Securing 1-2-1 appointments to introduce clients to key media, prompting coverage opportunities 
  • Allocate and manage a range budgets from annual PR planning to short term projects 
  • Securing and managing larger interview and profile feature coverage, supporting key spokespeople and brand founders (approaching multiple media outlets including print, online, social media, podcasts, and broadcast)
  • Managing media and influencer paid partnerships in line with specific brand campaigns, ensuring content covers all key messaging
  • Analysing insights and results generated from brand activations, reporting key learnings for future reference 
  • Leading on events, from developing the concept, to booking talent and suppliers, guest list management, managing roles within the team etc
  • Lead affiliate conversations between key press and clients negotiating commission rates 
  • Meeting regularly with key media to maintain strong relationships
  • Managing two members of the team (Account Executive and Junior Account Executive) who predominantly handle gifting, sample movement, product placement, news placement, asset management and projects
  • Monitoring monthly and ad-hoc KPIs set for each individual client and managing the team, implementing a plan if they are not being met
  • Compiling strategic media matrix’s and generating earned media coverage on key brand campaigns and launches 
  • Feeding into the Account Director, keeping them updated across all brand activity and KPIs 
  • Overseeing the Account Executive who manages elevated organic gifting initiatives for key press and influencers to prompt strong results amongst the competition 
  • Overseeing and signing off all coverage monitoring processes
  • Overseeing and signing off weekly strategy submissions 
  • Overseeing and signing off all reporting processes
