As Talent Acquisition Partner in our Supply, Payments and Markets Technology TA Team, you are part of the driving force behind the next chapter in Zalando's story. By hiring the right people, you are a main contributor in making Zalando Payments become the preferred payments method for the fashion world; through your actions you are helping redefining Zalando's marketplace model, who is responsible for bringing customers and partners closer together and helping partners optimize their assortment, prices, and brand representation in order to maximize their sales on the Zalando platform. Last but not the least, you bring people in our organization that are at the forefront of technologies that generate, distribute and direct traffic, to ensure that our customers get to the right place.
You will own the e2e recruitment process for Engineering and Product Management roles (including head level), closely collaborating with the leadership team, peers, hiring managers and diverse interviewers.
