Jr. People Operations Spec (HR Team)

Our HR Team is on a look out for a people-passionate and highly motivated young HR professional to join our growing team in Milan as the new Jr. People Operations Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, dynamic, and international team and to kickstart a career in "People Operations" - the term we use to describe HR in our fast-paced, startup-like environment in which no two days are the same.

Along with the HR team, you will play a key role in all HR related activities for our #TLGpeople and be a point of contact for the business regarding recruiting, onboarding, learning and HR projects activities within TLG.

What you'll do:

• Talent Acquisition - updating job descriptions and job postings, supporting on-campus/virtual recruiting activities, providing active support throughout the recruiting & selection process (sourcing candidates, CV screening, scheduling, interviews), coordinating the internal referral program
• Onboarding - coordinating the onboarding experience for new hires and the buddy program along with our TLG managers and teams, scheduling new hire onboarding sessions and events (Q&A Session with the Founders), collecting new hire feedback
• Training, Learning & Development - managing ongoing operational activities related to our training program (TLG University), brainstorming with the HR team and the managers on new trainings and learning ad hoc activities for the different teams
• Employer Branding - developing recruiting material and presentations for in campus or virtual events
• Communications & Teambuilding - coordinate our monthly internal newsletters, support with internal feedback moments (engagement surveys, suggestion boxes, ...), help us manage internal communications (birthdays, work anniversaries, etc.), support during the organization of company annual events (TLG OFFSITE, Xmas Party,...)
• Reporting - Support the HR team on monitoring the main HR KPIs monthly, for corporate intarnal presentations

What we're looking for:

• Previous experiences (also internship) in the HR function, with a focus on recruiting / learning activities
• Strongly passionate for people and HR related topics
• Top-notch organizational skills and strong orientation to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• A startup approach: proactive, quick, and able to multitask
• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to take on responsibility from day one and learn new things quickly
• Excellent English (this is a strict requirement for this role, we have more +35 nationalities in TLG and English is our "official" language internally); additional fluency in Italian is a big plus!
