As an IT Audit Manager in the Information Security - Trust & Assurance Team, your goal is to develop a management system for all external IT audits of Zalando SE, such as ITGC, ITAC and PCI. Furthermore, you will provide methodical and substantive support outside the audit period for security reviews and help improve the adequacy and effectiveness of IT controls as 2nd line of defense.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Develop and implement a management system for all external IT audits of Zalando SE, such as ITGC, ITAC and PCI
  • Manage Security Reviews in cooperation with Embedded Security Experts at different business units and subsidiaries and communicate review/audit results effectively, both verbally and in writing. Perform follow up reviews/audits in order to ensure that the defined countermeasures are implemented
  • Identify and improve the adequacy and effectiveness of IT controls as 2nd line of defense
  • Support the IT Risk and IT Compliance team in methodological developments and operational tasks within the IT GRC function
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in (Business) Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or similar quantitative discipline
  • +3 years experience in IT audit in big audit companies or in-house (certifications like CISA or CIA are a plus).
  • Experience in auditing accounting-relevant IT according to IDW PS 330 as well as a confident handling of SAP and other common ERP systems
  • Good understanding of IT Operations, technology architecture, Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Kubernetes) and secure development life cycle
  • Profound knowledge of industry standards and audit frameworks ( e.g. German IDW Standards, ITAF, COBIT, ISO 27K, NIST)
