Job Title: Manager, Technical Product Management

The role is part of the Tapestry Digital Product team and our vision is to provide the most engaging and inspirational shopping. As a Manager, Technical Product Manager, you will lead integration with multiple marketing integration technologies. You will be expected to develop and own the long term product vision, product roadmap and come up new ideas to improve the experience for the customers, both through the team and individually. You will partner closely with business teams, external vendors, tech teams. You will also be expected to represent these areas with senior leadership.

The role reports into the Director, Technical Product Manager & Global Replatforming.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Product Management to...
- Analyze & understand all digital marketing integrations on our new multi-brand digital e-commerce platform.
- Partner with brand, marketing, vendor & technology teams to understand, define, document & deliver business-critical functional requirements that enhance the customer experience & engagement.
- Evaluate these 3rd party integrations & define, document integration approaches keeping user experience, performance in mind.
- Design & document end-to-end flows and customer journeys that support the business and technical requirements and provide the best user experience.
- Map these customer journeys and expected outcomes with requisite capabilities from technology vendors/solutions.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs & product documentation to produce artifacts such as PRDs, customer journeys, user stories, use cases, user flows and functional specifications etc.
- Prioritize the product backlog with clearly articulated benefits & product roadmap understanding.
- Communicate, collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure all teams are coordinating throughout the product development & release process
- Partner with support and technology teams to analyze production issues & engage with other stakeholders to get them resolved as per business priority.
- Continually assess customer's experiences, pain points, platform performance, emerging market trends, and competitive opportunities in defining and evolving the product offering in this area.

The accomplished individual will possess...

- A Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years of product management experience in building consumer & technology products
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and technologies; experience with ecommerce platforms, marketing integration platforms preferred
- Self-directed, resourceful, and adept at working in a distributed team with multiple stakeholders.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills to create compelling artifacts present complex use cases clearly and concisely.
- Collaborative and a passion for digital products - not just how they work but how they feel to the end-user. Deep understanding of customer journeys with proven ability to transform customer needs into actionable product roadmaps and requirements
- Experience defining market and product requirements, working with engineering organizations to rapidly deliver high-impact capabilities to market in a scrum/agile environment.
- Close attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Excellent inter-team working skills to develop a strong partnership with brand, vendor & tech teams.
