As a Technology Talent Acquisition Partner for our Zalando Helsinki Site, you own the e2e recruitment process of your area for technology roles (Product and Software Engineering). You collaborate closely with key senior stakeholders at an executive level in addition to peers, hiring managers, P&O colleagues and engineering teams.

  • Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment process of your area, including strategy meetings with hiring managers, systematic talent mapping, creative sourcing approaches, diagnostic interviewing and offer negotiations for our business crucial vacancies
  • Coach, enable and hold your hiring managers accountable for offering an outstanding candidate experience and making the best hiring decisions
  • Win over and develop trusted relationships with leads, peers, hiring managers and interviewers by acting solution-oriented, taking over challenging topics and always remaining composed, patient and positive - even in busy times
  • Create and analyze recruitment dashboards and proactively share data-centric updates with key stakeholders
  • Contribute to Employer Branding activities

  • Independent end-to-end recruitment process management of the whole candidate journey (from sourcing to offer negotiations) and a proven track record of Software Engineering and Product hiring, ideally in an international environment
  • Curiosity and desire to analyze the recruitment progress and make data-centric decisions
  • Balance of creativity, focus, and determination to deliver an outstanding candidate experience and continuously raise the bar of our recruitment efforts
  • Strong talent sourcing skills and a persuasive can-do mentality to achieve the best results possible within a defined time frame
  • Great teamwork skills and solution orientation for contributing to our Talent Acquisition team and working towards shared goals as a team
  • Experience and understanding of the local talent market is a plus
