About The Job

Reporting to the Marketing Intelligence lead, the Marketing BI Analyst will play a key role in enabling marketers to measure their campaigns performance and attribute credit to the right channels. You will be a trustable partner for connecting the dots between business, product, tech and data teams.

Key projects will include performance marketing dashboards, attribution modeling, data feed management and channel tagging. With the vision to integrate some of the most advanced martech/adtech solutions this role is a great opportunity to be part of the pioneers to solve the iOS 14.5 and 3rd-party cookie decommission challenges.

Your responsibilities
  • you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation and adoption of Marketing BI dashboards and tools.
  • As the first point of contact for marketing teams ranging from CRM to Online channels heads, you will be managing roadmap, business expectations and end-to-end delivery.
  • You will gain extensive knowledge of marketing business domain from operational, strategic and product/tech/data perspective
  • You will take initiatives to implement best practices in terms of performance marketing, budget allocation, cost efficiency/optimisation, channel tagging, segmentation, attribution modeling.
  • You will collaborate with data science, data engineering and tracking teams and understand the full marketing data tech ecosystem.

Who You Are
  • At least 3+ years experience in digital or marketing data domains.
  • Strong understanding of channel tracking concept, attribution modeling
  • Strong data manipulation/programming skills (python/sql) + solid fundamentals of computer science such as data structures, data modeling, analysis and visualisation
  • Hands-on experience with developing data pipelines / ETL, Airflow, DBT, Matillion, Fivetran etc.
  • Familiarity with Facebook / Google /CRM campaign setup (e.g. creative, adgroup, content, keywords)
  • Experienced with an analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adjust or App Flyer
  • Familiar with data warehousing (e.g. Snowflake) and BI tools such as Tableau.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proven experience using SQL.
  • Team-player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Fluency in English.
