The Commercial Team is comprised of two teams, Consignment & Supply. The Consignment Team manages the in-take of product for the organization. They are responsible for curation, pricing, and consignor experience. They partner closely with all departments to ensure a successful product life cycle. The Supply Team consists of Product Intake, Partner Development, & DSS. Not only does Supply ensure that all products sold at Stadium Goods are authentic, but Supply Team also nurtures relationships with all consignors, including Brands, Boutique Chains, & Enterprises to secure high demand goods for sale at Stadium Goods.


Our Commercial Planning & Strategy team is seeking an experienced Merchandise Planner to support the rapid growth and expansion of our owned brand portfolio. This role is responsible for pre-season and in-season management of our private label brands. You will closely collaborate with design, operations, marketing, ecommerce and store teams to drive business needs and achieve company targets. You will also play a key role in process enhancements and implementations within the commercial group.


    • Lead and develop pre-season assortment planning by brand/category/SKU level in partnership with the design team.
    • Responsible for building and maintaining OTB plans that support merchandising and company goals.
    • Generate weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports while providing action-oriented solutions to drive sales and stock efficiencies across multiple selling channels.
    • Analyze historical sales performances to identify risks and opportunities related to sales, inventory and margin.
    • Maintain inventory levels on core items through restock opportunities and oversee store replenishment in partnership with the allocations team,
    • Develop markdown and promotional strategies with channel partners to maintain targeted weeks of supply and rate of sale expectations.
    • Collaborate with Data Analytics in the enhancement and/or creation of standardized reports.


    • 3-5 years of Merchandise Planning experience (Omni planning experience a plus)
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
    • Self starter who is highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
