Job Description
We are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join the HR Shared Services (HRSS) team based in London. This is a fixed term contract until early 2022.
Your opportunity
As a core member of the Kering HRSS team, this role supports the UK employees of the Kering Group across a defined range of HR processes and activities. Working closely with the HR Operations Manager, this role requires partnering with brands HR and management teams to provide support and advice on all HR matters with a focus on employee relations.

Job Description
We are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join the HR Shared Services (HRSS) team based in London. This is a fixed term contract until early 2022.
Your opportunity
As a core member of the Kering HRSS team, this role supports the UK employees of the Kering Group across a defined range of HR processes and activities. Working closely with the HR Operations Manager, this role requires partnering with brands HR and management teams to provide support and advice on all HR matters with a focus on employee relations.
How you will contribute
- Build strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders, offering pragmatic and credible advice tailored to their brand needs
- Ensure implementation of legal compliance and governance across HR and Operational disciplines.
- Manage employee relations cases for brands with no UK based HR presence including, but not limited to, disciplinary, grievance, organisational restructuring, TUPE and Settlement Agreements.
- Accurately record all ER related activity, and collate ER data; identifying themes and concerns, and recommendations for improvement
- Implement new and maintain existing HR policies, ensuring they adhere with UK legislation.
- Provide ad hoc advice regarding Immigration, National Minimum Wage legislation and Health & Safety
- Have a clear knowledge and understanding of HRSS metrics and help to evaluate and outline focus areas in support of the business, brands and employees
- Deliver support to and act as, point of escalation for HRSS Operations team
- Influence and motivate team through positive engagement and employee learning and development
- Ongoing review and assessment of HR processes, presenting and providing improvements to reflect current best practice and legislative compliance
- Support Head of HR and HR Operations Manager with the implementation and integration of new business initiatives
- Support and work with key stakeholders in the implementation of Corporate driven projects
Who you are
- Strong ability to build trusted and credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Sound UK employment law knowledge
- Excellent communications skills, fluent in spoken and written English
- Naturally curious with the confidence to challenge current practices to instigate positive change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, operate under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Experience of line managing a small team
- Knowledge of HR information systems including Workday
- Possess a relevant degree e.g. HR Management or CIPD qualification
