Job Details

FIGS is seeking a Campaign Manager to join our growth and acquisition team with strong knowledge of offline media channels (ie - TV, OTT, OOH, audio, podcast, etc) . This person will report to the Sr. Director of Growth and Acquisition. As a key member on our team, you will be responsible for trafficking assets, campaign execution, creative reporting, innovative A/B testing, making data-driven campaign optimizations, and conducting cross-channel and cross-platform analysis to drive new customer growth. You will be part of a very fast-paced and exciting organization that is recognized for its fresh, innovative and creative branding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive offline media planning and lead agency partners to ensure execution of offline media strategy
  • Manage performance measurement and optimization across offline media (TV, OTT, CTV, OOH, audio, podcast etc).
  • Budget forecasting & reconciliation of all offline media buys
  • Implement measurement approach and continue to A/B test new ideas and iterate on campaigns
  • Performance analysis & reporting
  • Plan and execute tests to scale campaigns and prove incremental lift
  • Work with internal teams to coordinate timely and consistent delivery of campaigns with focus on technical execution
  • Must be organized and detail oriented with great attention to accuracy
  • Communicate offline strategy and results to channel owners to ensure all marketing tactics align with larger business goals
  • Manage day-to-day relationship with external and internal creative partners including the planning and management of full timeline
  • Coordinate with brand, creative, production, growth, and retention teams to drive new customer growth and to ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals and initiatives


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on offline campaign management either in-house or at an advertising or media agency
  • Familiar with a range of offline media channels (national and spot TV, digital, audio, OOH, etc )
  • Familiar with basic online marketing concepts and metrics
  • Ability to drive and manage both local and national strategies and plans
  • A blend of creative and analytical thinking while being customer-focused and brand-obsessed
  • Proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities and complete responsibilities in a fast paced, change oriented environment


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ year of DTC eCommerce experience
  • Proficient with Excel and pivot tables and comfortable with large data sets
  • Familiar with Google Suite
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation creation skills
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
