Job Title: Video Shreditor
primary purpose: Kate Spade New York is seeking a full-time Video Shreditor.. This person will assist with creating compelling content and ensure consistency with the brand's aesthetic and lifestyle messaging. This person will partner closely with the Art Director to ideate and create content for Kate Spade social media platforms as well as, facilitate all production.

- Shoot, edit and produce the videos bts, IG Reels, TicTok.
- Support Art Director with ideating, executing, and the production of Social Media assets
- Prepare assets for posting; cropping, color correcting, retouching
- Partner with the Editorial team to create copy for posts
- Partner with the Brand Strategy team
- Assist with planning seasonal strategies and update the content calendar as needed
- Maintain and help update the social media concept calendar/decks
- Regularly review competitor profiles to ensure highest creative executions

- 5 +years of experience
- Deep knowledge of all adobe programs video editing programs After Effects, Premiere Pro, video editing skills is a must.
- Can think creatively and strategically
- Experience in graphic design; typography, layout, composition
- Have the ability to clearly execute creative direction, bring new ideas to the team, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment
- Must have an excellent eye for design and photography
- Must have a strong understanding of the social media space, conversations, and trends
- Must be organized but also nimble and flexible to adjust to real-time demand
