This position isresponsible for performing digital printing/bindery duties and facilitating the coordination of production projects, data entry, and general equipmentmaintenance. Operates and maintains multiple digital production presses andinteracts with all levels of internal and external customers.


•Provides in person and telephone customer service for Print Center.

•Distributes information and responds to issues and questions. Follows-up as appropriate.

•Assists management with project assessment and coordination meetings and takes responsibility for completing projects to meet production deadlines.

•Supports manager and team by overseeing all clerical and administrative functions and maintaining confidentiality.

•Prioritize and process daily job requests; address all relevant production details for each project.

•Detect, diagnose and resolve problems affecting the quality and timeliness of a service or product.

•Operates multiple Digital Production presses to assure print and color quality is maintained to standard. Works with Operations Manager to resolve press calibrations, adjustments and cleaning and/or interface with manufacturers technical support division.

•Set up program and release jobs from print que, adjust image position, color quality and resolution.

•Monitor quality of job output for color correctness and image quality.

•Order supplies such as ink, chemical solutions, blankets/rollers, tabs and other items as they become needed.

•Communication with all brand and team leaders on all projects with up to date information and timeliness.

•Other duties as assigned.


•HS diploma or equivalent

•3+ years of experience; highly motivated individual with excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

•Licensed, certified Digital Press Operator with service level training

•Strong background in wide format and bindery equipment desired

•Detail orientation, the ability to learn, retain, follow and communicate policies and procedurescorrectly, perform all tasks with extreme accuracy, and adapt to changing conditions

•Excellent customerservice & communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external customers in a pleasant, courteous and efficient manner

•Must have a 'get it done' attitude while relying on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals

•Mechanical ability enough to effectively operate complex equipment, with familiarity with high volume duplication machines desired

•Ability to operate a PC/Mac

•Functional skills with MS Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite

•Ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team with other associates and staff

•Ability to project and maintain consistent professional appearance and demeanor

•Ability to work while standing an average of 80% of the time, and perform duties requiring frequent bending, lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds independently and heavier packages with assistance

•Ability to workflexible shifts, as needed
