For our private label team, we are looking for a Buying Assistant PL Women Shoes to complement the existing team. As an assistant, you'll be the right hand of the buyer and will be responsible for all operating activities. You'll correspond with the suppliers, you'll be in charge of administrative tasks and supervise orders.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

Responsible for the order management in the Women Shoes PL team: you'll create orders, enter them into our system and provide follow up support where necessary
Prepare and maintain the master data of our products in our product lifecycle system
Support our buyers and the team in operational and functional matters, working closely with interfaces such as planning, accounting and logistics
Track deliveries and the replenishment to guarantee a smooth go-online process
Next to our buyers, you'll be the first contact person for our suppliers and external cooperating partners

WHAT WE´RE LOOKING FOR

Apprenticeship, Bachelor's degree or first relevant professional experience in an administrative role. Ideally, you also have experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP etc.).
Focus on accuracy and quality while working with data and numbers. Extensive experience working with MS Office, especially Excel (e.g. Pivot tables) and Google Apps
Thriving in fast-paced environments, embracing collaboration and acting proactively. Be open to continuous change and actively seek improvements and practical solutions in your area of responsibility
Ownership and accountability for your tasks and responsibilities. Organizing your workload efficiently, ensuring tasks are ready on time, are accurate and prioritized accordingly
