ISSEY MIYAKE EUROPE est à la recherche d'un(e) Assistant(e) Administration des Boutiques.
Rattaché(e) à la Direction Retail Europe, votre rôle est celui d’assurer la correcte gestion administrative des boutiques et de leur stock.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Administration des ventes :
  • Contrôle et analyse des données de ventes
  • Reporting mensuel pour Tokyo.
  • Traitement administratif des livraisons boutiques.
  • Traitement des inventaires des stocks boutiques.
  • Organisation et mise en place des ventes privées.
  • Organisation de retour de marchandises depuis d’autres filiales.
  • Préparation des ventes showroom pour les boutiques.
  • Suivi et support entre E-commerce et Retail
  • Facturation active ponctuelle en backup

Profil recherché

- Il est indispensable que votre anglais soit courant
- La connaissance de l’italien ou l’allemand est un plus.
- La maitrise du pack office (excel, word, power point) est indispensable.

-  La connaissance de Cegid Y2 est fortement recommandée
- Vous avez le sens de l'organisation.
- Vous êtes rigoureux (se).
- Doté(e) d'un bon relationnel, vous avez un bon esprit d'équipe.

Des tests en anglais et en excel sont prévus lors de l’entretien.

 

ISSEY MIYAKE EUROPE are looking for a Retail Administrator to support their close-knit office team. Based in our Paris office in the Place des Vosges, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent administrative support for our Retail stores and you will be in a great position to build relationships across the business.

What you will do:

  • Check and maintain store Daily Sales reports
  • Prepare Monthly Sales reports for our head-office in Japan
  • Check and reconcile the stock of our Retail stores
  • Process in Y2 the deliveries of goods to our Retail stores
  • Preparing item data for retail buying
  • Updating and maintaining item and order data
  • Assisting the Stock inventory procedure of our Retail stores
  • Administrative and practical support for retail events (sales, sample sales, in-store events etc)
  • Organisation of collection return shipments from other subsidiaries
  • Assist and support Retail-related interactions with the E-commerce
  • Sales Invoicing on Y2 as back-up
  • Support the retail team’s general administrative tasks

Who you are:

  • Proficiency in French and English mandatory
  • Fluent in Italian or German a plus
  • Numerate, analytical and with an excellent attention to detail
  • Confident Excel user with experience in using retail  POS systems
  • Knowledge of Cegid Y2 strongly recommended
  • Previous experience in retail administration
  • Adaptable, flexible and with a love of multi-tasking

This is a full-time role based in our office in Central Paris (Place des Vosges). You will be required to travel within Paris to our store and warehouse locations.
