POSITION SUMMARY
The Shoot Production Manager is an expert on image and asset production, and execution. Responsible for producing photography and video shoots for Marketing initiatives to ensure concepts are realized and right for the brand. The Shoot Production Manager manages all content production from a holistic standpoint across budget, scheduling and resource communication.The Shoot Production Manager must understand industry trends to evolve processes and relevant cultural trends. Partner with creative stakeholders to manage project needs, while meeting budgets, timelines and production specs.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule and oversee shoot production for collateral, digital media, PR and advertising.
- Manage relationships with all outside talent and their representatives as required for still and moving image production (photographers, directors, set designers, stylists, models, etc.).
- Partner with Sample Library and Fashion Office to ensure merchandise availability for all creative executions.
- Responsible for production budgets. Function includes working with Marketing, Finance and Creative to keep within proposed budgets. Track, process and code shoot invoices in timely fashion.
- Manage all production relationships with outside vendors, secure pricing, timing, continuity & loyalty to the Coach aesthetic.
- Work closely with Creative Team to ensure creative concept is met & provide solutions when necessary.
- Maintain constant dialogue with Project Management to ensure all projects remain on schedule throughout the production process.
- Work with internal and external partners in securing vendors, product and services needed to fulfill projects internationally.
- Track / maintain usage and permission documents for images being used company wide.

CRITERIA/PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Production. Managerial experience required.
- Must have proven experience with budgets and financial aspects of business.
- Strong problem-solving skills required.
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment, responding to shifting priorities.
- Experience in Fashion/Accessory industry preferred.
- International experience beneficial.
