Purpose and objective: AMIRI is looking for an enthusiastic Wholesale Customer Service Associate to join our growing Los Angeles team. Working closely under the Wholesales Director and the rest of the Sales team, this role requires someone dedicated to learn fast, putting in the necessary work to achieve the department goals. Our Ideal candidate is dedicated, detailed-oriented, loves problem solving and excel 😊

What you’ll deliver: 

  • Supports the Sales team with day to day inquiries from retailers and supports communications with other departments/warehouses
  • Provide outstanding customer-facing support and interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries with consistency and quality in adherence to the company's standards
  • Interpret customer intentions to proactively solve problems and recommend solutions aligned with the team’s strategy
  • Work to resolve customer service issues in a timely and thorough manner
  • Assist with improving the Customer Service experience by increasing accuracy and efficiencies for the customer and ultimately to the entire team.

What you’ll offer: 

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office software programs--exceptional Excel skills are a must
  • Strong communicator (written/verbal)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels in all departments
  • Interest in being an acute problem-solver with critical thinking skills  
  • Maintain organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn and retain extensive knowledge of products and/or services
  • Efficiently learn and use complex software to find data in response to customer support inquiries and supporting the Sales team
  • Ability to provide accurate reports and recaps for internal use to the team and entire organization.

Nice to have, preferred but not required: Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Excel
