Job Details

This is an extremely attractive role for a recent graduate with a passion for e-commerce, excellent organisation skills, and who is keen to develop their digital marketing knowledge. The successful candidate will be joining a fast growing international team at the brand's London offices within the Sister Jane Townhouse for a three to six months paid internship.

The main responsibilities for the role are:

  • Support the E-commerce Manager with product launches, insuring accurate deployment of product information and visual merchandising
  • Update the store content (homepage, landing pages) to align with the brands' communication calendar
  • Support with weekly and monthly trade reporting
  • Operate CMS tools including, Shopify and connected apps
  • Collaborate on the weekly calendar and marketing plan, briefing web assets and testing the campaigns before launch
  • Assist the E-commerce Manager to constantly monitor and strive to improve website performance, user journey, categories, product campaigns and seasonal sales
  • New features testing and research for new apps
  • Analyse stock performance and prepare stock reports
  • Support one-off special projects
  • Regularly review competitive websites in terms of product range, marketing initiatives, website functionality and customer offerings
  • Provide support with escalations from customer service team
     

The ideal candidate profile:

  • Recent graduate
  • Prior experience in e-commerce working with a CMS tools
  • Prior experience in using , Google Analytics, G and Facebook Ad Manager, MailChimp
  • Basic HTML or CSS skills
  • Very strong communication skills with excellent use of written English
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; ability to summarise data and information clearly and efficiently
  • Good experience using excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Well-organised and efficient with good time-management and prioritisation
  • A self-starter and motivated person, who can demonstrate initiative and can work independently when needed
  • A team player who likes to work in a very dynamic and international environment
  • Fluency in additional languages is an advantage
  • Right to work in the UK
