Home & Content Visibility takes our customers on a digital fashion journey with tailored experience. We develop products that automatically personalize the digital content in Zalando’s apps. Our real-time recommendation and auction systems blend content from internal offers with content and our fashion partners to create an engaging and inspirational customer experience.

As a Senior Product Manager for Content Visibility you drive initiatives that tailor the content experience for each of Zalando’s 32+ million customers. You have ownership of the problem space and solutions based on deep customer knowledge, data usage (of our products, industry, competitive landscape), and business strategy. This role requires effective collaboration with multidisciplinary product teams and the ability to discover deep customer needs. These teams house Data Science, Engineering and Design to build remarkable, tailored fashion experiences.

  • Discover and validate customer problems and commercial opportunities based on rigorous product management frameworks and techniques.
  • Define and drive the vision and product strategy for your team, aligning with stakeholders, and transferring it into actionable roadmaps.
  • Bring data to its best use in the customer development funnel, offering content and services to the customers that prefer them whilst enabling advertising revenue.
  • Are able to create buy-in and alignment in complex organisations.

  • An experienced, data-driven, collaborative, and passionate Product Manager who has consistently proven the ability to define an inspiring product vision and strategy based on the right data.
  • Has a proven track record on product launches, from problem definition, over solution design to launch; with clear KPIs.
    Natural problem-solver, with a strong history of leading product discovery, solving meaningful customer and business problems, and delivering scalable solutions.
  • Ability to create a strong product vision and translate that vision for any audience, through well-crafted strategic documents, thorough requirements, and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • An analytical mind, with the skills to evaluate data and draw insights to make informed product decisions. Expertise in defining success criteria for your product and measure the impact of the features you deliver against your KPIs.
