The Role 

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team.   The role will be supporting the growth of our business by delivering standout candidate and employee experience internationally. 

This is the perfect role for someone looking to take the next step in their HR career, someone who is excited to learn new skills, stimulated in fast-moving environments, with a flexible approach to working in a varied role, in a growing company.  You will be someone who is excited about building strong relationships internally to drive People initiatives across all our offices in Europe, Asia and North America. 

You will assist with the smooth and efficient running of the People Team focusing on candidate management, onboarding, employee information, management reporting and employee experience. 

HRIS 

  • Work with the Senior Global People Manager to review and enhance processes and procedures that can be managed by the HRIS. 
  • Support with managing the HRIS (Hibob) to ensure that the data integrity is to a high standard. 
  • Support with rolling out relevant training on how to use the system along with support guides. 
  • Drive employee ownership of data, work to ensure that all employees are aware of the benefits and significance of the HRIS. 

Employee Relations 

  • Establish and promote best practice employee relations actions working to resolve ER cases quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining a commercial approach. 
  • Assist with providing training to Hiring Managers on conducting performance and development reviews so they are able to provide constructive feedback and develop clear career plans with measurable KPI’s for their teams. 

Onboarding 

  • Support in delivering a welcoming and informative onboarding experience for all new employees involving all areas of the organisation.
  • Liaise with Hiring Managers to tailor each new starter induction appropriately. 

Employee Engagement and Employer Branding 

  • Support the Senior Global People Officer and the Chief People Officer with employer branding projects and build Tomorrow’s profile as an employer of choice.  
  • Identify key initiatives and drive action. 
  • Support with the implementation of the employee surveys.  

Recruitment 

  • Preparing job descriptions and recruitment briefs  
  • Updating the ATS 
  • Reviewing CVs and participating in and coordinating interviews tests and presentations 
  • Preparing the paperwork and organising inductions 

Skills & Experience 

  • Previous experience within a generalist human resources role 
  • Demonstrates good organisational, analytical and communication skills 
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, processes & best practices 
  • Ability to determine priorities, plan, work calmly under pressure and schedule work to meet deadlines 
  • Proficient in MS Office packages - word, excel, PowerPoint 
  • Good team player with the ability to work effectively across all levels
