The Product Team is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the technology that drives Stadium Goods. This entails working with stakeholders to understand goals, pain points, and opportunities, and taking these insights and take into consider this with the effort data to understand what features or improvements we should prioritize to maximize return on investment.


We are seeking a driven, passionate Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the Director of Product, in this role you'll be tasked with helping to rethink our enterprise sales integration platform. You'll be responsible for building solutions that will streamline our supply of inventory and orders across multiple channels. Ideally, you are comfortable with wrangling an array of projects from designing to improving data integrity between multiple channels. As a Product Manager you are equally comfortable pitching business cases to leadership or grinding it out in the trenches with engineers. Enjoy coming up with simple solutions to complex problems? This might be the right role for you! You'll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering & Business Owners to define and execute your roadmap to help us achieve our lofty goals.


    • You will define and deliver the sales integration platform roadmap, including writing epics and user stories, shepherding execution with QA and Engineering, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing out performance with lead
    • You will maintain the product backlog, driving feature prioritization and detailed product definitions across the various needs of the business
    • You will anticipate and identify all technical and business edge cases, gaps, considerations, and dependencies during scoping
    • You will collaborate with the Product team to identify any cross-functional dependencies to support a cohesive enterprise Product strategy and roadmap
    • You will align with internal stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure products meet their technical requirements and business needs while communicating the business value and impact of decisions made for the platform
    • You will serve as technical subject matter expert to internal stakeholders
    • You will work closely with an Engineering Manager to ensure that your squad is healthy, performing optimally, and fulfilled
    • You will understand concepts and frameworks required to run a highly-matrixed marketplace such as ecommerce use-cases, batch jobs, web services, and API integrations
    • You will empower internal teams with transactional data and product supply workflows in an easy and transparent format
    • You will leverage database queries to cut through complexity and drive solutions
    • You will develop KPIs to identify needs, measure performance, and analyze outcomes
    • You will facilitate the creation, maintenance, and adoption of product documentation


    • You have 2-5 years of product management experience
    • You are experienced working on an ecommerce or marketplace product
    • You are experienced in an agile environment maintaining large-scale products
    • You are passionate, or curious to learn, about how products work "under the hood"
    • You are comfortable discussing technical challenges and solutions with engineers
    • You are comfortable working with cross functional groups in a highly-matrixed organization across multiple geographies
    • You have a Degree in Business, Computer Science, or similar preferred
    • You are experienced using quantitative and qualitative research methods to improve your product
