Pepa & Co is a globally recognised luxury children’s brand, that is rapidly growing in strength & reputation, through its timeless and quintessentially British designs, with a special focus on the use of the finest quality materials.   Founded in 2013 by Pepa Gonzalez, Pepa & Co, conceived and designed in London, manufactured in Spain in small production runs, often hand finished; Pepa & Co has earned worldwide recognition after The Duchess of Cambridge in 2016 chose the brand as her favourite to dress her children.

Pepa & Co is now an established brand with a global customer base which is growing fast, supplying over 100 countries worldwide, directly online, no wholesale.  We have a beautiful flagship boutique store and offices in Belgravia, London where our enthusiastic team deliver the brand goals, closely supported by our inspirational founder.

We’re entering an exciting stage of growth at Pepa & Co, and investing in new team members, larger offices, operational improvements.  With a strong passionate team, we will take the company to the next level.  We are looking a creative and driven Marketing Manager who understands our brand, our customers, the luxury clothing industry and can develop a successful marketing strategy. You will be a strong performer, passionate about marketing, have a creative eye, excellent project management skills, can move at an agile and fast pace and be looking to take the next step in your career and be part of a brand going places!

The successful candidate will be emotionally in tune with the brand, have a self-starting attitude, and will be able multitask and coordinate across different functions of the marketing department.   

Working closely with other members of the Leadership team, including the owners of the business, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Devising, developing and producing the Pepa & Co brand marketing and content strategy, and executing the marketing calendar, with an emphasis on acquisition and retention.
  • Implementing brand content strategy across both email & social in conjunction with social media & content executive, supporting wider marketing indicatives and proactively coming up with new and engaging content ideas.
  • Planning and delivering weekly newsletters according with Marketing Calendar in coordination with the company Buyer, Graphic Designer & Creative Director.
  • Coordinating with all external partnerships, with focus on building strong relationships and growing customer acquisition
  • Working closely with internal & external partners to ensure a consistent multichannel approach to all online marketing activity.
  • Project Managing marketing campaigns and photographic shoots that drive Pepa & Co’s value and objectives and creating beautiful marketing campaigns.
  • Effectively executing end to end marketing campaigns by defining and creating the narrative, delivering the requirements of the team across content, CRM and partnerships.
  • Working with our PR Manager in developing and implementing a creative and engaging marketing strategy to build awareness around company’s strong brand values, via company events, brand collaborations, conventional PR and affiliates.
  • Closely monitor, track and report analytics to ensure the align with our growth KPI’s
  • Managing the production and output of B2C communications and actively engaging customers whilst maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
  • Work with our trade and merchandise function to promote traffic to new products, key product launches and build a traffic strategy for site globally.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Marketing/PR with experience in a Marketing/Brand management role within the luxury fashion industry.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing plans, writing marketing briefs and other strategic marketing documents (seasonal briefs) for online focused business.
  • Excellent writing skills, persuasive communicator with a proven ability to create unique and compelling positioning and messaging.
  • Passion for luxury retail/fashion industry and understanding of target customer.
  • Strong Creative, Brand communications & project management skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing including email, SEO and good understanding paid social and tools for data capture.
  • Good understanding of Klaviyo, Shopify, Mailchimp, Google Analytics and Adobe.
  • Goal orientated with high levels of energy, stamina and drive, ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Flexible, team player with experience in leading a small, independent working team.
  • 3-5+ years’ of related brand marketing experience
