The HSSE Security Manager (m/f/d) role is responsible for key security projects working together with the Lead Security & Loss Prevention and the site Management. This role will ensure the professional and appropriate technical, personnel and organizational security, crime prevention and investigation activities in all logistics sites are complying with the Global HSSE standard.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Serves as subject matter expert who enhances security and loss prevention processes with innovative technical or organizational solutions
  • Identifies, evaluates and manages security risks across the warehouse network, including development of physical Greenfield security systems and development support
  • Analyzes incidents to identify trends and recommends and implements solutions with a data-driven investigations approach
  • Coordinates, organizes and manages playbooks in case of emergencies and for peak seasons; connects local and central teams
  • Establishes a transparent information flow, escalation procedures, a risk framework as well as action plans and best practices
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Academic degree in a security-relevant subject (such as Security Management, Criminalistics, Law, policing science ). If necessary, appropriate further education after a different kind of study possible
  • Awareness and implementation of best practices related to the utilization of physical security systems (e.g. CCTV, RBAC, IDS) investigation techniques, effective oversight of security service providers and sites loss mitigation
  • Good knowledge of international security standard TAPA, ISO 28000, GDPR, ISO 27000
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities at the same time
  • Excellent management skills and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel (at least 30%)
