Digital Marketing Lead
We’re looking for a passionate marketer to join our team in Istanbul. As Digital Marketing Lead you will be responsible for identifying, driving, and delivering effective marketing campaigns to acquire and retain customers to the online business through new and existing channels. Reporting into the Managing Director, working closely with Creative Director, PR & Merchandising this role requires an energetic personality, who is passionate about fashion & luxury products, who can own their role in a dynamic, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Your Areas of Responsibility
-Responsible for online customer acquisition and retention.
-Analyzing and segmentation of clients to deliver continuous optimization & growth. Devising a lifecycle communications strategy (post-purchase, post-delivery, lapsed customer).
-Day to day management of digital performance and creative assets.
-Responsible from high-quality copywriting for website and publisher assets.
-Responsible to coordinate the team with the production of the e-commerce photography.
-Planning and delivering weekly newsletters according with Marketing Calendar.
-Manage email marketing program and CRM efforts to maximize lifetime value of existing customers as well as continue to acquire new customers. Create and manage a/b testing initiatives and segmentation strategies.
-Monitor industry developments and best practices in the luxury space. Develop new strategic initiatives that deliver growth.
-Supporting and coordinating campaigns and photo shootings.
-Communicating external partners to optimize visual and data content in order to curate a compelling online offering that supports our business growth.
-Work with the creative team on writing and optimizing content for social media e.g. Instagram and Facebook and managing the social calendar across all channels.
If you are/have:
-3+ years experience of Marketing, eCommerce or digital publishing space, preferably within the luxury brand/fashion industry.
-Experience in developing and executing marketing plans, writing marketing briefs and other strategic marketing documents (launch briefs).
-High understanding of Klaviyo, Shopify, Mailchimp, GA & FB insights.
-Strong understanding of brand and direct-to-consumer marketing.
-Awareness of digital marketing trends and best practice.
-Strong knowledge of luxury fashion and trends.
-Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
-Fluent in English.
-Passion for the customer and retail/fashion industry.
-Self-starter to work independently across Digital Content/CRM.
-Skilled with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
-Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership and accountability for the brand.
-A team player who is hardworking and dedicated.
-Desire to be a part of a small team, flexible, and has the ability to pivot as needed to accomplish company goals.
-Interest in Contemporary Culture: Fashion, Design, Music, Photography, and Art.
