Copywriter - UK/IE (w/m/d)

As the Copywriter for the UK and Irish markets, you are the text expert within the cluster and the guardian of the brand language. You are actively contributing to the creation of target group-oriented advertising material and creations for various communication channels. You ensure the quality of all text for our brand marketing department and support with proofreading and writing copy for different touchpoints (ranging from creative marketing concepts to convenience communications and to survey questions). Whether it be claims, newsletters or websites, you'll find it easy to provide uniform content and create innovative concepts and texts.

We are looking for someone to start immediately, in a permanent role at our Berlin Headquarters as a part of our Marketing team.
  • Write high quality, clear and attractive copy with a distinct and consistent voice. Develop and maintain an up-to-date local tone of voice across all touchpoints.
  • Interpret copywriting briefs to ensure right balance between global guidelines and local language. Be responsible for incoming localizations from the different marketing channels or departments and support them linguistically. Edit and proofread texts as needed.
  • Confidence in writing both long and short format texts and adaptability of tone depending on the channel. Whether social media or a press release, you know your audience and how to speak to them.
  • Work together with DX on a smooth and convenient user journey. Develop ideas and concepts to optimize the website at a linguistic level.
  • Be up to date with fashion trends and languages
  • You are a native English speaker (ideally with marketing expertise in the UK and Ireland) with flawless grammar and creative, yet data-driven writing skills.
  • You have experience in a similar role, ideally within the fashion or beauty industries, or at an agency. A local expert on all things Ireland and UK - from social media to local publications, you live and breathe the fashion world.
  • You are a pro with tight deadlines and thrive in a fast paced environment. You can juggle many stakeholders and their briefings and work on multiple projects at once. You are organised, proactive and always communicate clearly.
  • MS Office and Google Docs are familiar to you and you use them in a confident manner - and you have the ability to pick up other internal or foreign tools quickly.
  • You work well in a team and love to collaborate. You feel responsible for the quality of your work and you are always happy to support your team in its development.
