As a Working Student in our team you will drive strategic projects in order to optimize the Mens Footwear and Accesories category. You will report directly to the Head of Buying and work closely with different departments like Technology, Content Production, Customer Care and Logistics to generate process excellence along the hollistic end to end process chain.

We plan to fill this position asap for 6 months.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • Help to create strategic white papers regarding future growth potentials
  • Liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including senior and top management, work closely with buying teams to support and accelerate growth of the Category
  • Lead several projects: from briefing, over analysis, creation of concepts, and presenting your findings to the Head of the Men Footwear and Accessories
  • End-to-end responsibility for structuring and executing key cross-functional operational and strategic initiatives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Enrolled Student in business, economics, engineering studies or similar
  • Great analytical skills in order to deliver a strong data-driven performance and first practical experience in project- and process management
  • Interest in the fashion categories topic with ideally a good market overview
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written), german is optional and the desire to be part of a highly driven and inspired team, to work in a start-up environment where you work highly independently and are guaranteed a high degree of freedom to shape and design your area of responsibility
