PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

E-COMMERCE COORDINATION

The Digital Intern will assist between the ecommerce operations, marketing and strategy team, and third-party partners, and will be involved in day to day e-commerce related activity, including product management and photo production.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Help manage end-to-end production of product imagery, from shoot planning, to post production, to final delivery of assets
  • Be the Altuzarra point of contact on set at product shoots, ensuring the correct products, styling, and pacing is met
  • Support E-Commerce team with completing excel files for product creation, style numbers, pricing, shipments, and stock levels.
  • Support E-Commerce team with uploading, arranging, and curating new website content, features, and products using the CMS (Content Management System).
  • Manage, update, and analyze order reports on a daily basis.
  • Monitor all products and links on website, and work closely with logistics in relation to e-commerce inventory.
  • Assist in creating styling guidelines, reference images, shot-lists, line sheets, and sample shipments for E-commerce photoshoots with third-party partners.

DIGITAL MARKETING

The Digital Intern will support the marketing team in executing the multi-channel content calendar across website pages, email, paid media, and affiliates.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure the online product catalogue is aligned with seasonal marketing activities
  • Support the production and delivery of various marketing materials, website needs, and brand-related assets for both internal use and external partners.
  • Perform daily checks to ensure all branded content is reflecting properly on the website and affiliate sites.
  • Work closely with PR team on editorial shoots, sample trafficking, and other marketing collateral
  • Assist in the creation of presentations for internal use.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Qualifications

  • Excel/Google Sheets skills are a must. Vlookup, Pivots Tables, and other basic formulas
  • Experience in Powerpoint
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Adobe Photoshop a plus (resizing/scaling images)
  • Must be detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to multi-task with solid organizational and time management skills
  • Interest in digital strategy and E-commerce
  • A mix of creative and analytical skills
  • Strong design sensibilities and understanding of user experience

This internship is for school credit only. Candidates must be in commuting distance to New York City and available to work in-person 3+ days a week.
