The Foundation, a globally recognized organization, known for having some of the most sought-after brands in fashion; brands include Kappa, Billionaire Boys Club, Ice Cream, and Midnight Studios. The Foundation is seeking an experienced Digital Marketer to join the Los Angeles office located in the Art District of Downtown. The Digital Marketing Associate will join a growing marketing team that oversees multiple active campaigns. Under the Digital Marketing Manager's supervision, will execute the development and implementation of SEO and SEM strategies for various developing brands. In this role, you will be responsible for paid and organic digital campaigns that focus on search position, conversions, brand awareness, and audience growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who also can act as an individual contributor in a fast-moving team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute all keyword and contextual search strategies
  • Manage PPC campaigns, with a focus on executing bid strategies that maximize ROI
  • Develop and maintain an SEO roadmap, with guidance from the Marketing Manager

 

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Works with Marketing Manager to leverage SEO findings to identify gaps in and improve content marketing efforts
  • Perform daily operations of accounts and campaigns, including keyword research, optimizations (bids, landing page, quality score, etc.), and refinement
  • Track, report, and analyze relevant KPIs for SEO and SEM channels
  • Keep updated on SEO strategies to stay within search engine guidelines

Qualifications:

  • 3 years plus experience in digital marketing or advertising
  • Bachelor’s in marketing, or equivalent in work experience
  • Proficiency with technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
  • Proficiency with PPC platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
  • Diverse and robust understanding of SEO and SEM tools, such as Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads
  • Google Ads certification a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Outstanding work ethic, with an ability to adapt to and prioritize multiple initiatives
