The Online Account Manager is responsible for the growth and development of the online business in Europe. Account Management

- Play an integral role with development and management of the commercial opportunities within the pure online players for Europe, focusing on existing Accounts and facilitating growth strategies; identifying new business opportunities and driving sales
- Work closely with Sr. Sales Manager for account profiling, business review, sales forecasts, budget, and regular trade meetings with accounts.
- Responsible for negotiating seasonal and full year budgets with clients ensuring positive growth in order to achieve and exceed Sales targets
- Create and execute marketplace business case together with Sr. Sales Manager
- Analyze and drive Y-O-Y growth of business, ensuring a strong comp business and that Sell-thru is met at agreed Seasonal level.
- Perform weekly, monthly and end of season sales analysis
- Build relationships, interact and collaborate with operations, finance, buying, inventory management, and supply chain partners
- Support and collaborate with the wider Sales team in sharing best practices to develop the Kate Spade business in Europe and EMEAI
- Monitor the Kate Spade online landscape, debrief the wider team, and recommend corrective actions

Seasonal Markets

- Manage Market periods (4x a year) with efficiency, solid organization and passion
- Partner with Sr. Sales Manager to prospect & secure new partnerships, negotiating budget, terms
- Alongside Sr. Sales Manager, manage key areas of market appointment including scheduling, present Kate Spade collections to clients, order confirmation, communication, etc.
- Order creation as well as order management (pre-orders and in-season business)
- Assess & influence buys based on business trends & merchandising guidelines
- Present detailed feedback post market to merchants, Planning, Field & CS teams

- Minimum 5+ years of wholesale experience in the fashion industry
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excel skills (pivots, vlookups, ifs / sumifs)
- Language skills: English, German or any other European language preferred but not essential
