About the role

Supports Rewards Consultant, with adaptation and delivery of Global Compensation programs and key initiatives.. Works with rewards consultant to ensure market competitive compensation practices that meet the needs of the business. Supports analysis, research, project management, training, communications, and change management / best practice implementation.

In Partnership with Rewards Consultant provides Compensation technical expertise and supports ongoing services provided by Rewards team, recommends solutions to business needs.

What you'll do

  • Develop Salary Ranges for Client Groups including increase guidelines
  • Supports day-to-day analysis with the business and end-to-end representation of service offerings of Rewards team
  • Plays a significant role in job leveling, job code creation, job code cleanup, data requests from clients, competitive market assessments and provides feedback to business process team on job matches
  • Support Rewards Consultant and Shared Services team members on local compensation practices (Rewards, Incentives, Job Leveling, Base Pay Range Development, projects)
  • Responsible for work product and communications in partnership with Rewards Consultants, Global Programs team and Comp Analysts
  • Able to communicate and summarize global programs and findings of analysis
  • Supports key Compensation deliverables related to job evaluations, market assessment, salary management and Focal Review. Contribute to work led by Rewards Consultants or the Global Programs team

Who you are

  • At least 5 years' experience in Compensation, Human Resources or other related field
  • Specific Focus Areas: Data Integrity, Analysis, Research
  • Must have excellent analytical, quantitative skills
  • Independent and self-directed; prioritizes project work and immediate needs of business partners
  • While focus of the work is daily tactical execution, has the ability to connect-the-dots on global programs and work requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain and defend a point of view
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service to business partners; ability to collaborate within and outside the team
