Creative and Content Executive

We are looking for a Creative and Content Executive Assistant to join our team based in Soho Works White City, London. This is a permanent role on a full basis.

This is an exciting role sitting within the Creative and Content team at The Founded, with duties and responsibilities rolled out across our site, CRM and social channels supporting the team with key administrative tasks integral to the day-to-day operation of the business. This position requires a team player with a hands-on approach to supporting creative projects. This role focuses on content creation and support, briefing, research, and proactively testing new ideas with opportunities for growth and creative development.

THE COMPANY: 

We are The Founded, a multi-brand e-tailer that launched this year stocking Womenswear and Menswear and Kidswear – our ambitions are to grow awareness and customer acquisition across Europe with 25 active markets with a laser focus on building an online community and a personalised experience for everyone.

THE ROLE:

• Maintain and test quality assurance of The Founded’s localised site copy and content across active markets, flagging and fixing any issues or optimisation opportunities.
• Assisting with executing homepage and content updates on site, raising relevant tickets for translations and updating master documents.
• Update cookie and legal policies monthly to include most up-to-date Marketing and owned channel activity
• Check all translations and links referring to translation documents for key markets
• Assist with CRM content and site features: gather product and category links, implement tracking and inserting copy
• Maintain the website catalogue, create relevant sub-categories and checking stock availability
• Create voucher codes for marketing channels
• Prepare categories for new brands and launches in CMS prior to site launch
• Raise Jira and manage day-to-day Jira tickets on site fixes spotted in daily checks
• Support with community management and customer contacts via social media channels
• Schedule social media posts for The Founded’s organic channels, e.g. Instagram and Facebook
• Search and source campaign imagery for use across site, social and CRM
• Identify and request usage of UGC and influencer content to repurpose on The Founded’s channels

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to problem solve and follow direction.
• Effective communicator with critical thinking skills.
• Able to recognise and respond to current design, fashion and cultural trends.
• Ability to work with content management systems
