Overview:

Reporting to the head of ECommerce, the ECommerce graduate trainee will assist and support the ECommerce team in their daily duties.

The role will oversee and gain a wide understanding and involvement across all aspects of ECommerce, including; merchandising, trading, analytics, newsletter build, content and ECommerce shoots.

Your Mission:
  • Assist the merchandisers to make sure products are ready to go online and they have the appropriate copy, images and sizing.
  • Assist the merchandisers in the catalogue and attribution categories that reflect current strategy.
  • Management of promotion for customers, Private Sale, VIP/VIC, Discount Voucher, TRR
  • Coordinate the employee mailbox assist the team with Customer Service requests on sustainability, products info, wholesale and after-sales.
  • Help assist the team to analyse and make improvements to the customer experience and user journey on the site with daily sales and weekly reporting and adhoc analysis.
  • Test newsletters and help e commerce newsletter team on their build and deployment.
  • Adhoc website support and administration such as competitor analysis, ensuring product filters and categories are fine-tuned.
  • Assist with bug-fixing, identification of website issues, and liaise with our external web development agency on projects and tasks.


Your Talent:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Excel and Word)
  • Good understanding of online media channels
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Eager to make a difference in a small team
