Overview
As part of a growing department that drives and services all brand visual output, Stella McCartney are looking for a Creative Producer to join the Creative Services team. The role will be integral in working with the creative in the department alongside the Creative Services Manager to deliver brand content. The role will manage a variety of projects as well as developing ways of working for the department. The Creative Producer will be responsible for delivering end to end production (including post production) across licensing, directly operated business (RTW, Accessories etc) and other corporate/ brand driven projects. They will partner with teams within and beyond the department to drive the most successful productions to realise creative vision on time and on budget.

Your Mission

  • Working closely with CS Delivery team and external teams around the business to interrogate and build concise briefs for Creatives to work to
  • Managing creative resource for responsible projects and working with CSD to ensure workflow in studio is accounted for.
  • Identifying approvals and review timings needed with Stella
  • Flagging any potential roadblocks in advance
  • End-to-end production
  • Driving concepting to timing and production limitations with Art Direction
  • Connecting the dots between creative within the team to ensure efficiency
  • Budgeting
  • Production & Post production
  • Foresee and remove production road blocks
  • Delivery of final content to Delivery Management team or final delivery to briefer
  • Forward planning for future seasons (planning production calendar with CSD & Producer)
  • Managing external partners- content production, collateral production
  • Operational development for production process within the business
