Overview
Global execution and overview of Licensing Communications and third-party Collaborations for the brand, reporting to Global Communications Director.
This includes - but is not limited to - coordinating the organisation and execution of global initiatives for all licenses and collaborations under Stella McCartney. These include Sportswear (adidas), Eyewear (Thelios), Swimwear and Lingerie (ISA) and Kids (Simonetta) lines.

Your Mission:
  • Develop and implement annual, seasonal and project based global press and editorial strategies and ensure global alignment between communication offices across all licensing categories and third-party collaborations
  • Strategize and execute successful product and brand stories across licensing and collaborations (special projects product, limited editions capsules)
  • Ensure Creative and Marketing teams are briefed in a timely manner on activities and required assets re PR projects and releases
  • Seek PR opportunities in line with the Brand's strategy
  • Project manage collaboration opportunities and special projects in line with the Brand's strategy (include - but not limited - to entertainment, sports, gaming etc)
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (eg Stella's office) as well as external licensing partners and third parties
  • Ensure the social media and copywriting teams are updated with new launches and timelines
  • Partner with the VIP and Gifting teams on all global projects and initiatives
  • Work closely with the Gifting department to make sure licensing products are ordered within deadlines represented in seasonal gifting to editors/vips/influencers etc. Be pro-active on any gifting opportunities and liaise with Stella's office re her personal orders
  • Work with Global PR teams to drive print and digital/social editorial coverage to ensure visibility of the brand and report on results
  • Maintain strong understanding and awareness, with national and global key opinion leaders
  • Work with the partners to ensure all categories are promoted with our wholesale accounts and be the day-to-day contact for key accounts (such as NAP, ShopBop, Harrods, Neiman Marcus etc).
  • Work hand in hand with the licensing commercial team to ensure they are updated on all communications updates.
  • Make sure creative and ecommerce teams have all the products they need for seasonal shoots (working together with commercial team)
  • Planning and managing budgets
  • Liaising with the Finance Department to ensure suppliers are paid in a timely manner and invoices are raised accordingly
