Primary Purpose:

The Director, Digital Development & Integration is responsible for the design and delivery of quality, robust, compliant, intuitive and cost appropriate Digital IT services, in support of ongoing company business objectives.

This role collaborates with Brand, Digital, and IT stakeholders to develop and maintain a Technology, Integration & Operations focus on ensuring operational excellence and an outstanding user experience of Digital IT services.

Responsibility includes E-Commerce/Digital Development, Interactive Development, Digital Integration, Release Management, Build Management, DevOps, Vendor Management and SDLC management/guidance, and the overview and validation of work planning and capacity needs.

This position will require regular sprint/operational reviews with the project delivery teams, brand teams, third party vendors and other enterprise teams.

- Demonstrate strong information technology knowledge and skill to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build and manage a strong team of onsite and offshore professionals to deliver new feature build outs, enhancements and production support issues across Digital Development, Interactive Development and Digital Integration across all brands.
- Provide thought leadership on solution implementations and digitalization opportunities across the entire enterprise.
- Oversee Release management, Build management and be a champion for DevOps, Agile maturity and Engineering Best Practices.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the digital space, systems data flows and integrations across e-commerce, OMS, WMS, PIM and other enterprise applications.
- Define, track and ensure SLAs and KPIs with vendors and integrated systems.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Development, QA, Performance and Operations teams for continuous improvement in standards and procedures.
- Research and recommend new technologies and solutions to enable innovation, solve business problems and create efficiencies.
- Identify risks, suggest and negotiate appropriate mitigation to the risks.
- Prioritize multiple demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders.

The accomplished individual will possess...

- 10+ years' of experience preferably in E-Commerce and Retail working in a fast-moving environment solving problems at scale.
- Demonstrated experience in leading development, system integration, release management, build management, Dev Ops practices, project management, delivery and marketing technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in IT strategic planning, organizational developmentand working in large complex organizations
- Strong people management skills with proven ability to attract, hire, motivate and develop the best talents.
- Expertise and experience in the following technologies or equivalent.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware (must)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Plum Slice
- Progressive Web App (MoovWeb)
- Content Management Systems (Amplience)
- Web Services
- Headless Architecture
- Optimizely or other Digital Experience Platform
- Strong presentation skills, negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills.
- Work well with executives and functional leadership.
- International experience including rollouts in digital Ecommerce is a plus.
