Team Leader Supply Chain Management (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Team Leader Supply Chain Management (m/f/d) to strengthen our In-Season Team in the Product Development & Operations division.

What you can expect:

• Employee management and development coordination of the team, structural & psychological empowerment of employees, living up to and following HUGO BOSS values & corporate goals, creating development plans and defining development measures as well as succession planning
• Responsible for setting up and managing the supply chain for short-term requirements. Providing the necessary capacities, raw materials and skills at the suppliers in coordination with the internal interfaces
• Negotiation of prices and leadtime as well as transfer of in-season requirements to Production Coordination
• Very important interface to our global demand unit to achieve the planned turnover. Important success factor for the company to further expand speed and flexibility
• Definiton of operational milestones and continuosly build and develop the in-season supply chain structure and raw material concept/process to enable short lead time and cost efficiency as well as fulfillment of the settled KPI's
• Creation and analysis of qualities and quantitative key figures to manage purchasing volumes and identify improvements and cost reduction opportunitites, taking into consideration our procurement strategy
• Cross-divisional and international networking including across company boundaries (suppliers, production sites, system providers, universities/technical colleges) to ensure efficient and trusting cooperation with all interfaces

Your profile:

• Min. 5-7 years work experience in a similar position
• Analytical thinking & negotiation skills
• Ability to structure & handle complex tasks
• Negotiation skills & assertiveness
• Good supply chain understanding and production skills
