Position Overview
This position contributes to the success of Ralph Lauren Coffee by providing customer service to exceed customers' expectations. This job is vital to our success for our company by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. All team members are expected to model and acts in accordance with Ralph Lauren Corporation policies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries
• Transport food (ie, pastries) from one location to another.
• Maintain a clear, organized and efficient storage area
• Polish all stainless counter and surfaces
• Constantly sweep all floor areas ensure a safe and clean floor space
• Proper maintenance and cleaning of side stations, tables, chairs
• Perform other duties as assigned by a manager
• Greeting guests when necessary
• Changing garbage bags and ensuring that trash areas are tidy and clean at all times
• Organizing and maintaining a clean milk station
• Ensuring that milk, sugar, napkins, etc is always stocked for customer use
• Serving the guest clear and set tables at all times.
• Greets customers and takes orders; processes cash and credit card transactions.
• Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages according to brand specifications and the customers' requests.
• Serving prepared foods & pastries.
• Delivers customer service to exceed customers' expectations by responding to their needs with a sense of urgency.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Available to work flexible hours including: Early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/ or holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm during periods of high volume to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the team.
