Overview

This role is the main gatekeeper of the brand within the EMEAIR region and is a key supporting role in driving overall brand growth across the individual EMEAIR markets.

The Marketing Manager will lead the implementation of the global marketing strategy for all brand initiatives within across EMEAIR. The Senior Marketing Manager will ensure that their specific market has the necessary tools to create compelling marketing programs and materials to support brand initiatives and launches.

Overseeing all marketing activities, including Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing (CRM), Wholesale and Retail, and Paid Media. The role requires a deep understanding of Stella McCartney's brand and customer mindset specifically in the EMEAIR region.

The Marketing Manager will focus on the development of relationships with internal and external parties to deliver a strong marketing plan to support the EMEAIR business goals and objectives.

The Marketing Manager will directly manage the local EMEAIR marketing team and will support the EMEAIR commercial business reporting into the EMEAIR President. Functionally, the role will report to the Global Communications Director and the Global Marketing Director.

Your Mission:
  • Responsible for the development of the EMEAIR marketing strategies, driving both brand and commercial KPIs across all brand categories and POS within the region.
  • Working closely with the EMEAIR President and Commercial team, set the seasonal marketing objectives accordingly to support brand and business objectives per market.
  • Develop and oversee the local seasonal marketing calendars, from campaign planning, execution and reporting across all key touch points, in collaboration with the local commercial team, global marketing team and key relevant functions.
  • Oversee the seasonal marketing support of key markets within region, adapting global toolkits to enable and ensure consistent brand image and messaging across all POS.
  • Support customer in store experience strategy across all local Stella McCartney stores, ensuring the key product and brand messages are coordinated among the relevant functions (windows, in-store, content, events, store training, etc.)
  • Work with headquarters team to build paid media campaigns, consumer events and 3rd party partnerships, maximizing local opportunities and initiatives to drive brand and commercial KPIs seasonally.
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with relevant parties and stakeholders across key functions of the business (sales, CRM, media, events, licenses, PR, e-commerce and creative).
  • Support the Global CRM team with implementation of modern systems and strategy.
  • Set benchmark goals and KPIs, create monthly and quarterly reporting on how we are tracking, and advise on ways to optimize.
  • Responsible for local regional marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns are forecast correctly and delivered within budget, as well as used effectively to achieve commercial goals.

  • Exceptional understanding of the luxury fashion industry and the retail business in selected market.
  • Previous experience in creating and implementing a global marketing strategy at regional management level.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactive ability and gravitas to maintain relationships and to influence and persuade others.
  • Analytical with a strong KPI and ROI mindset
  • Strong network of contacts
  • Being a true creative, store telling and understanding how to shape messages.
  • Multichannel digital marketing background.
  • Proven track record running successful marketing and communications teams and delivering results in a commercial environment.
  • Deep understanding of social media and online marketing.

  • Ability to successfully manage, develop and inspire a team.
  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Experience in budget management
  • Strong experience working with third parties to develop seasonal marketing plans
